NCP have achieved many benefits including working more efficiently, saving time and cost and working more accurately. The support team provided a very professional and timely after care support, most of the issues can be resolved remotely (electronically).
ExportDOCS (rebranded as X-Border) is very stable, user friendly and minimal training is required. With the introduction of the EDI from ExportDOCS, we have been able to do this ourselves.
